I've been with Advice Agency (Steve for about 3-4 years now. I rarely write reviews and was only checking on here because I needed to call in to renew my policy for half a year. This is what I usually do. I rarely write reviews on here even though I've been on Yelp for a few years. I've always had excellent customer service and follow up from Steve M from advice. He has even tried saving me money by running additional quotes from different providers. I rarely feel the need to write a review, but I do think this agency is great and have been a patron for years now. Be your own judge and give them a chance by giving them a call.
