In response to the Covid-19 pandemic, we will work by remote location via telephone. We will use email and texting along with the phone to communicate.  All quotes, new business applications, and payments must be completed over the phone or internet.

 

We will be available in our office by appointment only if necessary, such as to take photographs.  All other forms of communication will be done over the phone and on-line. Insurance ID cards will be mailed, emailed, and we will also text ID cards to your phone upon request. If you have never visited our office, you will notice no change in service.

We are fortunate our work can be completed over the phone, using email and texting. The only time we may need to meet is occasionally for photos when adding a car for full coverage. Most of the time, photos can be waived.

Working remotely 100% of the time is something we have never done before, and yet we do it all the time. Please bear with us as we move forward and try to work through the Covid-19 pandemic.  Since we will be working remotely, our hours of operation will be expanded. We will be available nights and weekends to make sure you get the level of service you’ve come to expect from us.  Please do not hesitate to call, text or email whenever you have a question or want to make a change on your policy.
