California Business Insurance (BOP)

A business owner in front of his store

Insurance policies that combine protection from all major property and liability risks in one package. A Business Owner Policy or BOP is an insurance package that assembles the basic coverages required by a business owner in one bundle. It is usually sold at a premium that is less than the total cost of the individual coverages. Business Owners Policies usually target small and medium-sized businesses and typically contain business interruption insurance, which provides reimbursement for up to a year of lost revenue resulting from an insured property loss.

A typical business owner policy includes: property insurance, business interruption insurance, and liabilty insurance. It does not include health and disability, workers comp, and auto insurance.

We offer you a wide range of coverage that protects you from risks to your property, including reimbursement for loss of income and protection from lawsuits that could cost you your livelihood.

We offer BOP policies that cover your office, retail, service and wholesale distributors. Within those categories, some of our carriers offer classifications for lessor’s risk, hotel/motel, apartment and condominium business owners.

We also have some availability with a limited number of carriers within the business owner’s policy for certain types of restaurants and manufacturers.
